To ensure that the new edition includes current best practices, the authors are seeking codewatcher book authors solicit green projectsaffordable housing projects to feature as examples and case studies in the new edition.
They invite developers, designers and other affordable housing practitioners to propose great examples of housing developments for possible inclusion in the book that exemplify sustainability, green building strategies, clean energy, and climate resilience.

The authors welcome projects with national and regional green building certifications and all housing types—new construction, rehabilitation, family, senior, multifamily, single family, rental and homeownership. Projects that demonstrate solid delivery of fundamentals are encouraged, as well as developments that showcase leading edge concepts.

Projects that are achieving sustainability excellence through operations and asset management are welcome too.

Proposals for developments to consider for the book are being accepted through April 30, 2019.
Practitioners who have been involved in a recent affordable housing development which they would like to have considered should complete the survey located here.

The authors request that respondents provide as much of the requested information as possible and submit it. The authors will follow up. Early submissions are strongly encouraged.
